“As a consequence of Covid 19 I became acutely aware that the pressures and stresses being experienced by staff in our Youth Work organisation was unlike anything we had experienced before and that our regular formal and informal supervision and support systems and our internal skill set were not enough for to ensure staff wellbeing both at the professional but also the personal level.

I began a process of researching an external Employee Support Service.
